Art

 I have worked in the art & craft industry now for over 10 years and still feel like I learn new things everyday. I love visual art, I completed an art based open degree with the Open University which together with other workshops and tuition over the years lead me to develop my own style of artwork. 

Though I enjoy working in a variety of mediums a lot of my work is done with pigment powders, watercolour, ink and fine liner pens. I work in a free flowing illustrative style mostly creating designs for cards which I sell online here and in my shop at 30 Queen Street, Seaton, Devon, EX 12 2RB. I sometimes frame my favourite artwork which I sell in the shop and with a few pieces I have limited edition prints made to sell. 

Over the years I have worked on a number of illustration projects for advertising material and for media including magazines and ezines. I enjoy creating fun characters, especially animals, that lend themselves well to children's picture books. I also love painting flora and fauna.
